Water sport

On adventurous paths with professional guides! Rafting, Canyoning or Cayaking on the Lech river.

Canyoning

Fun for young and old … equipped with wetsuits, helmet and harness we dive into a spectacular alien world, “the canyon.” We swim through deep turquoise-green ponds, slip over natural slides in clear pools, lower ourselves down on a rope over high waterfalls and jump into secluded pools.

Rafting

From Haselgehr on the Lech river towards Reuthe. Light to medium passages through beautiful untouched nature. With our 2 person canoes it's easy and suitable for beginners due to the high level of stability of the boats.

Kajak

Be it your first time in a kayak or a seasoned pro, the instructors/coaches will not only help you to progress but also have a great time doing so.

Fishing & Angling

Near the source of the River Lech there are two gorgeous lakes – Lake Spuller and Lake Formarin – these are jewels in the Alps and just perfect for fishing fans.

Lechbach
The Lech is a typical Alpine river where you can fish along a total length of just under 17 km.

From the junction with the Spullerbach river to the junction with the Krum river at the border with the state of Tyrol, the Lech river is exclusively a fly fisher's paradise; FLY ONLY!

Spullersee
The Spullersee is situated amidst an amazing Alpine backdrop at 1810 m above sea level. It is easily reached by the Lech local bus (subject to toll from Zug) and this lake has everything that the Alpine angler's heart desires.

Formarinsee
The Formarinsee, like the Spullersee is easy to reach using the Lech local bus via the toll road into the Zugertal valley. This mountain lake in the area around the source of the Lech river is not only the starting point for the Lechweg hiking trail, but also a real natural treasure.

Fischteich Zug
Situated right on the Lech river in the centre of Zug, the Lech fish pond has been a meeting point for anglers and would-be anglers since 1976.
Fishing gear and bait are available here and, with a few little tips, there is nothing else to stand in the way of catching your first fish!
